What We Mean by Rehoming

We sort, assess, and route every item with care. Things with resale value go into our network of buyers, consignment partners, and auction channels. What can be donated gets donated. Only what truly has no life left goes to disposal.

Through our value recovery model, resaleable items are identified and sold through our network — and the proceeds come back to you. Our average client in 2026 offset at least half their upfront cost. Many broke even entirely. Some came out ahead.

The entire home from top to bottom — sorting, hauling, resale, and disposal, coordinated by our team so the family doesn’t have to be involved in every decision.
Not every situation is a full house. We can work room by room, floor by floor, or piece by piece.
One piano. One armoire. One thing that just needs to go. We handle it.
If belongings need to go to other family members or a new home, we can coordinate pickup and delivery.

What to Expect on Price
Pricing depends on the size of the home, the density of items, and what services make sense for your situation. We don’t charge for consultations — if you’re not sure what you need, reach out and we’ll help you figure it out.
$750 gets things started. The balance is due when the job is complete. If items are sold through our network, you’ll receive a reimbursement check typically within 5 to 6 weeks.
